Title: KJFK outage (4/24/2012 2250Z)

Feeds are down due to a system issue in New York.  Trying to get a remote reboot to see if that fixes the issue.  If it doesn't, feeds could be down for a couple of days, at least.

Further update: Looks like some network flapping happening in NY...feeds still down for a while
