Hi Everybody. Dave's monitoring system has notified me that the feed is down. I've checked the connection remotely and it appears that there is a noise problem on the copper that the ADSL2+ is running over to the exchange. I'll be on site in a couple of hours to check if the issue is at the property end or between the property and the exchange. It its that later then this issue usually takes several days to get rectified!!.
So bear with me while we attempt to resolve the issue.
