KEMT Planned downtime
« on: April 03, 2013, 09:12:05 PM »
The week of April 15, 2013, I will be starting on servicing the electrical issues on the house.  The plan is only that Monday being without power, but I'm planning/expecting for intermittent outages for the 1st half of the week.

Then there's the unplanned "whenever Edison gets around to it" re-stringing of the power line from the pole to the house after the work started on the 15th is done.

There are other house remodel issues coming up afterwards (roof, floor, etc.) during the summer, so I'll be posting other outages as they get planned.

Outage delayed.  Contractor had a job that ran long and i gave him permission to delay me instead of splitting his time.

New date is now the week of April 22nd.

So now all my house related stuff should be finished now.

I've been out of town at JSC for the last couple weeks, and I found out today that the roofers replacing my roof damaged my antenna cable.  No biggie, it was a 5 minute repair.

However, here was at least 8-9 days of dead air and nobody complained to me.

Is anybody listening to the feed?  Should I keep up effort to keep it up?

You can always check if anyone is in the feed - if you type it in it will show how many users are listening.
