Title: KBWI + ZDC/SWANN feeds down

Network or system outage - won't know until the site gets a visit by local feed volunteer, which could be a few days

All KBWI feeds and ZDC/SWANN feed back online - network router had to be reset - narrowly escaped lightning damage
