CLE feed fried

I think the CLE feed has become fried with the recent thunderstorm/power outage.  It still scans, but the audio is much harder to understand and contains a lot of static.

I'll see if it can get fixed up this weekend, or if a new scanner (or sound card) is in my future.

Probably better to invest in a new one. Repair labor is generally so expensive, you can get a new one the repair the broke one, UNLESS it's Under warrantee.
