Title: Hurricane Matthew Coming

 We may get it here in The Fort Lauderdale Florida area on Thursday Oct. 5th  :-o so with that in mind I lowered the Miami Center/ Miami approach antennas. The feeds are still on however the reception will be weak. We seem to loose power a lot so I suspect we will with this storm too. Will get it back up Friday or Saturday...weather  and electric permitting.

the latest is we may have some hurricane force winds. I removed the antennas from the mast, brought them inside and shut the feeds down. I don't think there will be much to hear anyways.
