KORD scanner changes

I will be changing scanners due to the noticeable hum in the feed today between 2100 - 2300 UTC.

Scanner remains the same as the new scanner Radio Shack's Pro-82 had a worse reception than the current Bearcat.  I will look at getting another bearcat on ebay.

I am in the process of getting a different model of the scanner. Let's hope the hum is not there and the signal is not degraded.
