CYHZ - Down due to Hurricane Dorian

Electricity is out at 400,000 customers in Nova Scotia...the environs of CYHZ is included among the outages. Feed is liable to continue to be down at least most of Sept 8th if not longer. The backup generator does not power the building that houses the feeds.

I see that flights are resuming at CYHZ around 1230Z...
