Title: Cleveland Center (PIT)

The Cleveland center PIT receiver is back up. Reception may be limited. Right now I only have the antenna that came with the scanner on it, and not the external antenna. I already have 3 other scanners on the external antenna. Adding the fourth scanner kills the reception on the PIT feeds.
