KFPR Fort Pierce Florida being reported as "DOWN"

Reported down at approx 05:00 local EST. All systems at the feed site appear to be working properly.
Reset everything just in case, no joy. The "OddATC" program says it is connected. I cant figure this one out. I can only sit back and wait! Anyone have any ideas?  Oh, I almost forgot to mention, I have not received a email notification that the feeder is "DOWN".
