HPN Feed Antenna
« on: November 04, 2008, 22:03:53 UTC »
Due to some strong winds last week, the antenna was damaged and is not functioning correctly. Estimating I should be able to get it fixed Saturday afternoon, or sometime early the following week at the latest.

You had better, and sooner rather than later!

Thanks, Jason.  Feed sounds great again.   Did you install guy wires to keep the antenna from being damaged again?  ha....

Ha.  Next time I will bring a real antenna with matching U-bolts.  :-(

This is all my fault, like most everything else.

It has a bungie cord on it now.  Like Dave mentioned, we'll be installing a more robust antenna system in the future.

Does that mean more ladders inside deicing truck buckets?

Well when you make the antenna stronger you had better have a medic on standby when you climb those ladders.
Just let me know I will be on standby
