Yes, a storm came through.  I already have that one on network monitoring so no need to report it down in the future.

The PC needs a reboot...some time today when the folks at the site can get to it.

Too many other things going on...no time or resources to work on it.  I'd like to put one back online but won't be able to do it for the foreseeable future.  I'd be happy to host it if someone local to Boston donates a suitable PC (500 MHz Pentium or better).  Otherwise, it will be some time before this happens.
