Kansas City ARTCC antenna tower dismantled

I’ve lived about one mile from this facility for 31 years, and within 10 miles of it for 54 years.  The tower has been there for as long as I can remember but it was taken down last week over the course of 2-3 days.  I haven’t been able to find any news or other info on it.  Anyone know what it’s about?
