If you liked that, I'd recommend picking up Joe Sutters book "747". Joe Sutter over-saw the development of the Boeing 747. This book covers the entie development of the airplane and testing the unknowen. At that time, the largest passenger aircraft was the 707. Never before had a "Wide Body" aircrfat existed. Good read! The book was published by Smithsonian Books.
