LONDON, Ky. —
The London-Corbin Airport in southeast Kentucky was devastated by the tornado that struck Friday night.
Several vintage planes could be seen upended, flipped, and smashed.
The local medical helicopter was also destroyed. Medical supplies were scattered across the field with debris spread out across the airport runway.

Hangars and other buildings were completely leveled as well.
Officials told WLKY that at least one plane got sucked up into the funnel cloud.
Crews were on the scene cleaning up the debris.
