I just finished watching and learned about the PW JT9D issues early on. Additionally, the rapid pace of the engineering program was remarkable. Overall, excellent presentation about the B747.

Joe Sutter, Lead Engineer on the 747 Project, wrote a book called "747". It's a detailed account of the concept, design, issues, testing, and placing in service, the undisputed queen of the skies.
