Title: where to find transcript of China Air A340 that took off from Anchorage TAXIWAY?
Post by: af250xxl on July 17, 2011, 12:20:48 AM
Where can I find the recording and/or transcript of the communication between the tower and the pilots of the
China Airlines(of Taiwan) Airbus A340 that took off from Anchorage's taxiway? This happened in 2001 or 2002.
Definitely in the winter, because I remember the TV reporter saying the Airbus A340's wheels scraped a big pile
snow just before it went airborne.

Thanks for any info! :)

The most I could find is the factual report from the NTSB which includes some of the transcript. There was no large report produced as it was classified as an "incident"
