Title: Two people killed in small plane crash in Daytona Beach

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — Authorities confirmed two people are dead in a small plane crash in Daytona Beach on Wednesday morning.
The plane, a Piper PA-28, crashed off Tomoka Farms Road near the Daytona Flea and Farmers Market and Daytona Beach Int'l Airport.
A witness on the ground reported the crash around 9:54 a.m. according to the Volusia County Sheriff's Office.
No word yet on what caused the crash.
CNN reported the victims are a student pilot from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and designated FAA pilot examiner.
