SWR1349 Squawks 7700 Over Germany

Earlier today (December 11), SWR1349 was enroute from Warsaw, Poland to Zurich, Switzerland at FL380 when the flight crew squawked 7700 (emergency).  The crew decided to divert and landed safely a short time later at Nuremburg, Germany.  The nature of the emergency is not known at this time.
