Would love to hear some recordings from this... especially the orders to the F-16s

I've listened to the archives for YYZ Arrivals and unfortunately there isn't anything heard other than the Arrival Controller. There was chatter from the Controller to other pilots that there was an emergency/bomb threat landing on Runway 33L.

Perhaps Sunwing 772 and the F-16s were on Toronto Departure frequencies (not covered by LiveATC) when they were doing the arrival to Runway 33L?

I suggest listening to the YYZ Arrival and YYZ Tower archives at 12:30Z.

This is utter BS. A pair of US fighter jets escorting a civilian aircraft into Canadian airspace. What was the intent to blow the commercial craft out of the sky? Then the storm troopers on the aircraft, pointing their live automatic weapons at everyone.

What a bunch of utter BS!

They had a unruly passenger, big deal, bars deal with this every night.
