The plane is operated by Ottawa Aviation Services (OAS). It crashed in the area of Bank Street and Ledbury (http://goo.gl/maps/6gT4R), which is in the vincity of the Ottawa Airport. There were no injuries.

Anyways, the incident has posted on Transport Canada's CADORS database: http://wwwapps.tc.gc.ca/saf-sec-sur/2/cadors-screaq/q.aspx?lang=eng

Enter 2014O2544 in the CADORS Number field.

More exactly, an "off-airport landing".  The Transport Canada report says "No emergency locator transmitter (ELT) reported", which would indicate a low impact touchdown.  The photo published in both press accounts does not show any significant damage
