While riding a ferris wheel at a fair, a girl was filming as a small plane crashed into the ride. The girl was riding the ferris wheel with her brother in Taree, New South Wales.
The girl is suing the pilot due to emotional and psychological damages. The pilot is also suing the city council for allowing the ferris wheel to be located near the Taree airstrip.
