Title: Lightning strike at BWI tower injuring a controller

At around 2:20PM KBWI tower was struck by lightning closing the airport for several hours...

Wow, that URL says "struck-killed-by-lightning", but luckily (?) the controller was "only" injured.  (He probably doesn't feel lucky...)

Yea, and if you listen to the audio posted in the audio forum, the tower controllers themselves don't seem to have any idea why they went "ATC Zero".  If lightning hit the tower, you'd think they would have noticed that  :-)
