Heard on LiveATC @ ~18:15CST KJFK ground, while watching FlightAware. JB A320 instructed to follow aircraft under tow to departure. “JB pilot : extensive damage to both wingtips”. Mentioned didn’t think there was fuel leaks. Listener believes he was instructed to power down, port authority tow dispatched. Arrangements for deplane passengers.
