Air Canada and the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) said on Tuesday they are investigating a weekend flight that landed on a San Francisco runway after the crew was told to abort, the second recent incident involving the carrier at the busy California airport.

Here's the relevant audio, with silence edited out.  The repeated go around instructions start at 1:00 in this clip.  The clip starts with the AC781 clearance to land on 28R.

It's on the 0400Z recording.  The linked news story incorrectly converted 21:26 PDT to 0626 GMT.
