Tower to Flex Jet pilot "I have a number for you to call" The SWA pilot was one cool customer considering the circumstances, and deserves a raise.

LiveATC audio for SWA 2504 is in Audio Clips forum
Go around is at 18:00 on the tape.
Chicago Approach Starts at 19:30
Chicago Ground -> Starts about 1700 including hold short order. Pilot Deviation at 20:30.
