It's a sad day in the world of general aviation...on Sunday December 20 a small Piper aircraft with a family of five aboard crashed near Bakersfield, California. There were no survivors. It is far too early to speculate what may have caused this accident although some initial reports suggest that there may have been icing conditions above 5000 feet.
Condolences to the family, friends and anyone else who knew this family. May they all RIP
