Seven people were injured after a tour helicopter crashed coming back from the Grand Canyon on Tuesday afternoon, Boulder City officials said.

According to officials, one pilot and six passengers were onboard the tour helicopter, returning from a routine trip to the Grand Canyon.

For reasons unknown at this time, the helicopter was forced to make an emergency landing at the Boulder City Airport.
