Very easily done.  A little embarrassing- have done it several times myself.

10 times a day probably.
no big deal at all..

just flipped the wrong switch probably...they all just say.."oops..sorry!"

not the first time ive heard this, i recall a plane calling LGA La Guardia ground while at JFK, controller questions pilot on where he's at.

Sorry about that, the Airline was Jet Blue, that was just the date.

I've done it a couple time because I forgot to switch my COM switch.  Once I was cleared for a midfield departure on Ground freq.  I called back and and told them "Cherokee 74 Kilo on Ground, cleared for takeoff 13 at Bravo"
