Title: Women in bathroom holds up the line at CYYZ

This occured on Monday 23 May at 19:30 local time at CYYZ. A series of Thunderstorms had just passed over the airport and all departures were suspended. The Delta Express (Flagship) was the first to be given TO approval but a women jumped up and went to the washroom while they were in position and help up the line of 10 aircraft behind them. I edited some dead air but there's some funny comments and even a BA flight trying to push in and jump the line by requesting an intersection TO.
