Title: Where you goin?

After sending this to someone else on the board first for previewing I realized it needed some explaning for those not familiar with IND.  Plus it needs some general setup.

Southwest recently moved their operations from the Alpha to the Charlie concourse.  What it sounds like happened is that the pilot knew the gate number that they were going to but was so used to going to the A concourse that he did so by force of habit, not remembering the gate numbers that he usually parked at were A gates.
