Interesting clip, Dave. Was this from yesterday? The winds up in Syracuse, NY, were reported by a couple of pilots as out of the southwest at 40 knots at 500 feet AGL, due to that low pressure system that had just passed, but a more docile 12 knots on the ground. There have been other times when it has been screaming out of the west down to 500 feet or so but light out of the east on the ground.
Do you recall what the winds on the ground at Kennedy were?
