Title: VP Biden clogs up Panama City

An Airborne Express captain is stuck on the tarmac at 1AM due to the earlier evening arrival of the VP.

Yeah, it's not clear to me what the "clean-up" was that they were talking about. It was either that DHL was contracted to bring down a couple plane loads of support equipment for the VP, or normal operations got backed up during Biden's arrival and DHL has gate priority. Perhaps Panama is a Central American hub for DHL or something and ABEX uses their facilities.

InterpreDemon, you are right, Panama is a hub for DHL Aero Expreso (D5). Furthermore, the VIP terminal AND the cargo terminal are near the end of RWY 03L/21R, so most likely that area was blocked during this period.
