This is a link to one of the videos from flight crews at work.  Includes air traffic control as well as the captain explaining different things and whats happening during the flight  including all checklists and procedures. Excellent production, no amateur camera work here. There is a series of videos as well as videos for a 737 and a 747.

I have the full line of ITVV flight deck videos.  Most of them are very well done.  Some better than others.  The Concorde videos are quite excellent, along with the A330, B737, and BAE146
