Thanks for the video, lipkinasl, good stuff there. I agree, however, that including some info with a short description would make it easier for people to identify what they're about to load.:) Since I've already watched it, I'll do it now.

It appears to be a 45-min documentary from the late 90s, featuring on-the-job interviews with several New York controllers talking about the daily routine they face at work. Among other things, the video briefly brings up a 1998 incident of near miss at LGA, when a departure and an arrival for crossing runways got about 20 feet close in the air, barely avoiding a collision.
