Title: UPS36 witnesses a Delta II rocket launch.

UPS36 enroute to Hawaii witnessed a Delta II rocket launch out of Vandenberg Air Force Base in California this morning.
It was quite impressive as seen from the San Francisco Bay Area.

This was the NASA SMAP mission launching from Vandenberg (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soil_Moisture_Active_Passive) into a sun-synchronous orbit. Very cool.
