United Airlines Flight 2098, an Airbus A319 had a hydraulic failure after departure at La Guardia, diverted to Newark and blew 2 tires on the runway, evacuating and closing the runway, sending multiple traffic of missed approaches

This also resulted in that Acey 4031, that had to go-around, declared a fuel emergency after checking in with depature. They diverted to Allentown. Nobody asked them how much fuel they had left so I don't know that but it was their second approach. They declared around 12:33Z on depature frequency and about a minute later the controller asked them if they were minimum fuel and they had to say again that they were emergency fuel.
