it was a weather balloon reflecting light at the 110 degree angle.  :-)

Found this clip and thought it was interesting. Comms between two f-15's chasing an unknown object.

I believe it was early 2007. Two American F-15 pilots pursue a UFO near RAF Lakenheath England.
