BGR Approach & Tower edited down for time/relevance... originals attached... pilot side not audible until landing at BGR... not sure where to find the original declaration of emergency and diversion/handoff to BGR I assume it's ZBW Boston Center ACK 17 but can't find that sector in the archive list.
