On December 13, UAL531 was enroute from Chicago to Tucson at FL380. They were cruising near Wichita, Kansas when a burning smell onboard forced the crew to divert to Wichita's Eisenhower airport (KICT). The flight landed safely a short time later and taxied to the ramp without stopping on the runway. The attached audio picks up from the point where the crew contacts Wichita Approach. Sorry that the audio wasn't better quality...
