Title: UA Flight 213 had stuck mic on KSFO Final followed by more frequency problems.

Frequency kept screwing up because of the stuck mic. The controller told everything to stop talking at 12 minutes, 54 seconds. The controller is put in a precarious position. Aircraft had to go around at 14 minutes, 24 seconds. At 24 minutes, 55 seconds, pilot accidentally calls tower instead of NORCAL and the controller says, uh hello.
