Boston John still keeps rolling on

Can't help but enjoy this guy, even when poor JetBlue 1289 had to abort and return to the gate.

Ahhhh, I love it!!!

It's: MOCHA HAGoTDI. It means to Make our Customers Happy and Have a Good Time Doing It.  It's from Cape Air...I love it!!!

I wonder if he even knows how popular he is here! LOL :-D

A friend of mine is visiting Boston Tower this evening, and I've asked him to talk to Boston John and tell him about the LiveATC community. That's assuming of course that he's even working then. But we can only hope :-).

He is on now.. he has been for a while and still is online.. you can hear him!!

Is anybody recording him? i believe he said to a us airways to contact departure and the us airways replied "hasta la vista baby" in an old man voice.. quite funny!! has anybody recorded it?

The feed is automatically archived on our server for up to 30 days, so you can find it all recorded there.  I'm listening in now and it is refreshing to hear a familiar voice.

His phraesology is perfect.  Pretty soon hasta la vista and moch hagati zooooo is goign to become standard for all controllers.  Jetblue and Colgan are going to have their call signs modified to look something like this.

Wouldnt that be great to hear it sound like that everywhere. haha

How can you not like flying into Boston if you are pilot. I heard a pilot check in on the ILS one time and John responded with a good evening how are you or something to that effect and cleared to land. Pilot responded simply Jetblue XXX cleared to land thanks John. Personal yet professional. Makes everyone day better.

nar1224 do you have more of that day? great clip!! there is an Iberia plane but it´s on the last part and i would love to hear John say goodbye to the Iberia! it´s a shame the clip ended there..  if you don´t know it, i am from Spain so it´s great for me to here Iberia at BOS!

To hear them live, click "Live ATC Audio Feeds" on any liveatc.net page besides the forum.  For archives, click the "LiveATC Archives" link on any page besides the forum.  The links are located in the left navbar.  Boston is listed under USA>>Class B.
