With the exception of two short periods, when the frequencies used were not covered by LiveATC's feeds, the attached audio clip gives full coverage of the initial aborted flight. It includes audio drawn from no less than 9 separate archived files covering  0830Z  and 1030Z on.   
It seems like quite a protracted fuel dumping operation. Initially ATC is told it will take about 20 minutes. After almost that length of time the controller asks for an update. This time he is told a further 15 minutes. Approaching 15 minutes later he seeks a further update. This time it's 10 minutes. Subsequently the time is twice extended again by 5 minutes each time. I don't recall ever hearing the initial estimate for dumping being so wide of the mark.

After the initial return the aircraft remained on the ground for about 3.5 hours before making a second unsuccessful attempt to perform the flight.

I have added a clip covering the second flight to this thread.

Note the more realistic forecast for the duration of fuel dumping.
