Post by: flygirltammy on June 30, 2011, 11:11:46 PM: I work for Southwest in MX admin. He has been made to issue an public apology. It was in our company email. I'm sure his words on that recording are more true to what he feels than that apology. You don't change that kind of attitude quickly.

I'm not sure I should post it here, but a quick google and you can find a link to his name and pic. He's early 40's and I think he's married. So, the wife must be just thrilled about all of this and how he's looking for FA's who are "doable".
