Title: Southwest B737 at Baltimore on Mar 29, left main gear smoking a little bit

After reporting a gear problem on approach, the aircraft made a safe landing on runway 33L  Tower commented the left main gear "appeared to be smoking a little bit". The aircraft continued vacating the runway and pulled into the next de-icing pad for inspection by emergency services. The right hand main tyre was found to be  flat. The aircraft was towed to the ramp.
