A few minutes of arrivals all going around in line for approach to runway 27L at ORD, due to a storm cell of strong hail and wind-shear.  Includes a "Low Altitude Alert, check your altitude immediately" for an Envoy flight.  "Sorry, we were in wind-shear escape mode"
