CASCADE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — No one was hurt when a small plane made an emergency landing at the Gerald R. Ford International Airport Wednesday morning, a spokesperson for the airport told News 8.
It happened around 8:10 a.m., according to Public Information Officer Haley Abbas. Ford Airport’s emergency response team responded to an emergency alert for the plane, which had taken off from a public airfield in the area. Abbas did not specify what caused the plane to make an emergency landing, but she said the plane did not slide off.
