Title: SAS 828 EHAM return
Post by: 757-rules on October 28, 2013, 03:40:29 PM
Not much of an event, but SAS 828 departing Schiphol had to return because the cabin would not pressurize.

This flight would be 960 KM (518 NM) at fl 400, so they returned and enjoyed Amsterdam (actally Haarlemmermeer) a few more hours...

Schiphol is a nice shopping place, so My guess was they had forgotten their lunchbox  (Kidding)

[Edit:]
This is BTW the only (non) incident today right after a major storm (F1 hurrycane 11-12 beaufort - >67 knots) going on over the UK and Holland
