Well, I don't think that's actually a runway "incursion" as you cannot control nor prevent nature from entering the runway, but it certainly could have been a lot worse.

I do wish you would have titled this differently, but that's okay. I'm actually pretty surprised the deer were THAT dumb to not realize what was about to happen.

Sounds like the very definition of an incursion. I listened twice and at NO time was the deer flight cleared onto the runway.
