On December 8, RPA3475 was departing KBDL on runway 24 enroute to KORD when they struck a flock of birds at about 400 feet off the ground. They climbed to 5000 feet and were given delaying vectors so that they could access the situation. They ultimately diverted to KEWR and landed safely there a short time later.
